Federal Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Federal Program Manager who will lead the delivery of Federal Salesforce Public Sector solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall Federal program delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget
• Serve as the primary point of contact for cleared Federal stakeholders, facilitating communication and strategic alignment
• Track program performance metrics and provide transparent communication through executive-level status reports

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of IT program or project management experience in large-scale Federal environments
• 3-5+ years of experience managing programs utilizing Salesforce Government Cloud Plus
• Preferred experience with Amazon Connect and/or Amazon Bedrock
• Bachelor's degree required
• Active Public Trust Clearance preferred or willingness to attain one
