Job Summary
Leading the development of environmental and infrastructure programs, the full-time Federal Program Manager will manage client relationships, oversee project execution, and drive business development efforts in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day client relationships and ensure project delivery meets client satisfaction
- Lead capture and proposal efforts to secure new contracts with the Air Force, Army, and Navy
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new sales opportunities
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (STEM preferred) with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Federal Program Management
- 7 years of experience in environmental and infrastructure program management, preferably with DOD executing agencies
- Experience managing projects in remote and/or austere environments
- Professional registration or certifications in engineering, architecture, or related fields preferred; a master's degree may be considered in lieu of registration
- Working knowledge of relevant federal, state, and local laws and regulations
