Federal Program Manager

Job Summary

Coordinating cross-functional efforts, the full-time Federal Program Manager will manage customer onboarding and program delivery for the SIEMaaS initiative, ensuring effective communication among stakeholders while working remotely across distributed locations in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of coordination between various teams, including Sales, Product Management, and ECS Federal
• Lead and track onboarding activities for new SIEMaaS customers, ensuring smooth transitions and timely project milestones
• Facilitate regular status updates and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers to maintain project momentum

Required qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional projects in a SaaS, security, or managed services environment
• Strong understanding of customer onboarding and delivery processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external contractors
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities and demands
