Federal Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading multi-stream technology programs, the full-time Senior Federal Program Manager will manage client relationships, oversee project timelines, and ensure contract deliverables are met in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the principal point of contact for government clients, establishing strong relationships and managing expectations
• Collaborate with Engineering Leads to develop project timelines and ensure alignment with client expectations and contract deliverables
• Translate client needs into clear targets for development teams, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are achieved

Required qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in roles supporting government software projects as a Project Manager or similar
• Proven track record as a high-performing individual contributor focused on client relationship management
• Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and eagerness to discuss AI tools and applications
• Experience managing contract deliverables for FFP, CPFF, and T&M vehicles
• Solid understanding of project management frameworks and experience with enterprise tools like Jira and GitLab
