Job Summary

Managing federal programs and contracts, the full-time Federal Program Manager will oversee customer relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with federal procurement processes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee the execution of federal programs, ensuring adherence to contract deliverables and procurement processes
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and customer success, to achieve program milestones and manage budgets
  • Engage with senior government officials and internal leadership to communicate program status, risks, and performance metrics
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Customer Delivery roles supporting U.S. Federal Government customers
  • Proven experience managing federal programs and contracts in a government contracting environment
  • Strong understanding of federal procurement processes and compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP and NIST
  • U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain or maintain a security clearance, if required
  • A degree in Business, Public Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
