Federal Programs Manager

Job Summary

Leading the MyFitnessPal Federal business unit, the full-time remote Sr. Manager, Federal Programs will oversee security and compliance, manage relationships with government stakeholders and the prime contractor, and ensure the delivery of nutrition and health capabilities while maintaining the business unit's P&L.

Key responsibilities

• Establish governance and internal controls for the federal-facing business unit while leading the MFP Federal team
• Manage the entity's P&L, operating budget, and KPIs in collaboration with corporate functions
• Serve as the primary liaison to prime and government stakeholders, ensuring compliance with security and contractual requirements

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within the U.S. federal or Department of War (DoD) market
• Hands-on knowledge of federal security and compliance frameworks, such as NIST SP 800-171 and FedRAMP
• Experience with a Department of War (DoD) prime or subcontractor, managing compliance and requirements
• Proven ability to scale teams and deliver complex technology programs on schedule
• U.S. person eligible for a U.S. Government security clearance, with an active DoD 8140-compliant certification
