Federal Programs Manager

Job Summary

Leading the MyFitnessPal Federal business unit, the full-time remote Sr. Manager, Federal Programs will oversee security and compliance, manage relationships with government stakeholders, and ensure the delivery of health capabilities while maintaining the business unit's P&L.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and lead the MFP Federal team, implementing governance and internal controls
• Manage the entity's P&L, operating budget, and KPIs while collaborating with corporate functions
• Serve as the primary liaison to prime and government stakeholders, fostering trusted partnerships and identifying expansion opportunities

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in senior leadership roles related to U.S. federal or Department of War (DoD) markets
• Hands-on knowledge of federal security and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST SP 800-171, FedRAMP)
• Experience with a Department of War (DoD) prime or subcontractor, including managing compliance
• Proven ability to scale teams and deliver complex software or technology programs on schedule
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance and willingness to travel as required
