Job Summary

Federal Project Manager, responsible for providing strategic oversight and leadership for a large-scale federal workforce assessment engagement, ensuring project execution and stakeholder communication, in a full-time remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide overall project leadership and governance, ensuring successful execution of workforce analysis tasks
  • Develop and maintain the Project Management Plan and Integrated Master Schedule, aligning with contract requirements
  • Lead client engagement and executive communication, managing stakeholder expectations and facilitating decision-making
Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or a closely related field
  • 7-10 years of experience in workforce planning, human capital consulting, or organizational analytics
  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale federal consulting engagements
  • Expertise in workforce demand modeling and gap assessment methodologies
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-workstream projects with cross-functional teams
