Job Summary
To support a US Federal Government client, the full-time remote Federal Project Manager will oversee correspondence and records management activities, ensuring compliance with FOIA, Section 508, and other federal requirements while managing project schedules and deliverables.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary interface with the Government, managing overall contract performance and personnel
- Develop and maintain the Project Management Plan, monitoring project schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables
- Facilitate executive meetings and document decisions, while overseeing compliance activities and supporting continuous process improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
- Minimum ten (10) years of experience providing business services to Federal organizations
- Demonstrated expertise in Federal Records Management and FOIA requirements
- Experience managing Federal projects involving correspondence management or business process improvement
- Minimum two (2) years of experience with Federal correspondence management systems
- Strong ability to develop project plans, schedules, and executive-level reports
