Job Summary
Seeking a highly qualified Federal Project Manager to lead an advisory and assistance services contract remotely, focusing on managing a virtual workforce, tracking strategic milestones, and optimizing federal correspondence workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the execution of the Project Management Plan (PMP) and manage critical scheduling milestones, including authoring Monthly Progress Reports
- Oversee advisory and operational support teams to ensure the secure flow of controlled federal correspondence
- Facilitate executive-level meetings, manage program agendas, and support the drafting of critical Business Case documents
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience providing business and project management services to Federal organizations
- At least 2 years of experience with Federal correspondence management tracking systems
- Demonstrated expertise in Federal Records Management mandates, including FOIA and FACA
- Expert knowledge of federal Section 508 Regulations and electronic document accessibility protocols
- Proficiency in federal technical writing and documentation mapping
