Federal Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading high-impact federal infrastructure projects, the remote Federal Construction Senior Project Manager will oversee complex, electrical-heavy MILCON projects for DoD and USACE clients, managing scope, schedule, and client relationships while guiding dispersed teams to successful execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project delivery for federal clients on complex construction efforts
• Build and manage high-performing teams across disciplines and geographies
• Oversee estimating and proposal development for major federal pursuits

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar
• 10+ years managing Federal/MILCON construction projects, preferably with DoD/USACE experience
• Proven success delivering projects in the $40M+ range with a strong electrical component
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and construction management tools
• PMP, CCM, or PE certification is highly desirable
