Job Summary
Managing contractor performance remotely, the full-time Contract Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of services for the Operational Model Transformation Support Services effort, ensuring high-quality support aligned with the Statement of Work.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day execution of the task order, overseeing contractor performance and ensuring adherence to schedule and quality requirements
- Serve as the primary management point of contact, coordinating communication between contractor personnel, subcontractors, and Government stakeholders
- Develop staffing plans, manage recruitment and onboarding processes, and monitor staff performance to ensure continuity of operations
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing federal government professional services or organizational transformation contracts
- Proven ability to manage task order execution, staffing, schedules, and deliverables in a federal contracting environment
- Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams and aligning labor categories to contract tasks
- Strong understanding of project management, performance tracking, and quality control processes
- Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including Government personnel and senior leadership
