Federal Proposal Manager

Job Summary

To support the growing construction business line, the full-time salaried Sr. Proposal Manager will manage and write multiple federal construction proposals concurrently while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of proposal managers and specialists while managing workload and conducting quality reviews
• Oversee all phases of proposal development, ensuring timely and compliant submissions, and facilitate meetings to gather and integrate proposal content
• Develop proposal schedules and response strategies, draft proposal components, and manage follow-up activities post-submission

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 8 years of experience in federal proposal management, specifically in the federal construction industry
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple proposals and competing deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and English composition
• Familiarity with proposal management tools such as Responsive and Monday.com is desired but not required
