Job Summary

A company is looking for a Federal Proposal Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the writing process for Federal proposals, developing win themes and drafting technical, management, and past performance sections
Transform complex concepts from Subject Matter Experts into clear, compliant, and persuasive proposal language
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposal content accurately reflects the proposed solution and adheres to RFP/RFI instructions

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Proposal Writer within Federal government professional services
History of successfully writing and submitting at least 20+ Federal proposals
Experience navigating complex Federal solicitations and proposal requirements
Experience writing proposals focused on Salesforce products is highly desirable
Bachelor's degree is required
