Federal Proposal Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Federal Proposal Manager to lead and oversee the federal proposal development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the federal proposal development process, including strategy development, content creation, and compliance reviews
• Support opportunity identification and capture management, including market research and competitor analysis
• Lead team management and training, fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure successful proposal submissions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
• 8-10 years of experience in federal proposal management and federal contracting processes
• Proven track record in end-to-end proposal development and compliance reviews
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring proposal teams
• In-depth knowledge of federal procurement channels and relevant regulations (FAR, DFARS, etc.)
