Federal Proposal Manager

Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end Federal proposal development lifecycle, the full-time remote Federal Proposal Manager will ensure high-quality, compliant proposals while collaborating with various teams to drive business growth across Federal Civilian, Health, and DoD markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the complete proposal lifecycle from opportunity qualification through submission and post-submission analysis
• Develop and enhance proposal infrastructure, tools, and processes to support long-term growth
• Support business development and capture planning activities to strengthen active pursuits and future opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 8+ years of experience in Federal Government proposal management and business development
• Proven success in leading complex Federal proposals under FAR-based procurements
• Strong understanding of Federal proposal best practices and compliance management
• Experience with opportunities across Federal Civilian agencies and/or the Department of Defense
