Job Summary

A company is looking for a Federal Proposal Specialist II to manage the development of Federal market proposals remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate kick-off meetings, define expectations, and manage proposal schedules
Collaborate with the team to develop strategies and win themes for proposals
Lead the development of visual and written content for proposals and manage proposal documents

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
6-8 years of experience in developing proposals for government clients
Familiarity with the AEC industry and Federal Markets
Experience with Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of regional and local proposal submission requirements
