Job Summary
To support a premier federal systems integrator, the contract-based Federal Proposal Writer will manage the end-to-end drafting and editing of SF330 and environmental services proposals, working remotely and focusing on compliance and compelling narrative development.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the drafting, editing, and final polishing of Management Approach, Project Execution, and Quality Control narratives for complex proposals
- Interview subject matter experts to translate technical workflows into compliant proposal text
- Review and ensure all materials meet RFP evaluation criteria and SF330 formatting requirements for high-scoring submissions
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience writing federal proposals in the A/E, infrastructure, or environmental consulting sectors
- Documented experience with Management sections for SF330 submissions or multi-agency environmental solicitations
- Ability to translate complex technical jargon into clear and persuasive text
- Strong adherence to compliance matrices and style guides
