Job Summary

Elite federal proposal writers will find a contract opportunity focused on managing the end-to-end drafting and editing of complex SF330 and environmental services bids while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the drafting, editing, and final polishing of Management Approach, Project Execution, and Quality Control narratives for proposals
• Interview internal SMEs to translate complex workflows into compliant proposal text
• Review draft materials against RFP evaluation criteria to ensure compliance and high-scoring submissions

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience authoring federal proposals in the A/E, infrastructure, or environmental consulting sectors
• Documented experience writing Management sections for SF330 submissions or multi-agency environmental solicitations
• Ability to translate complex jargon into clear and persuasive text under tight deadlines
• Strong adherence to compliance matrices and style guides
