• Leading the development of compliant and compelling technical proposal content
• Managing content development, quality control, and maintaining past performance narrative descriptions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, English, or related field
• Demonstrated ability to bring technology solutions to life in a strong narrative
• 3+ years of professional experience in proposal writing, copy editing, or marketing
• Shipley or equivalent training or certification highly desired
• Expert knowledge of word processing software
