Job Summary

To support a leading professional services organization, the fully remote Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, partnering with hiring managers to align workforce needs with business priorities while utilizing strategic sourcing methods.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding activities
  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans using various recruiting tools and techniques
  • Provide data-driven insights to improve recruiting strategies and maintain strong talent pipelines
Required qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in federal government or government contracting environments
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience working with Workday ATS
  • Strong knowledge of Boolean search and social recruiting techniques
