Federal Regulatory Advisor

Job Summary

To support a federal agency, the part-time Federal Regulatory Advisor will provide subject matter expertise and strategic advisory services related to federal regulatory requirements, ensuring timely completion of contract deliverables while promoting compliance and organizational readiness in a hybrid remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor federal agency websites and authoritative sources for new laws, regulations, and policies impacting agency operations
• Analyze regulatory changes and communicate potential impacts to executive leadership through reports and briefings
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track implementation progress and compliance status

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in public policy, Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Law, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in federal regulatory compliance, policy analysis, governance, or program management
• Experience interpreting and implementing federal laws, regulations, and agency directives
• Strong analytical and technical writing skills with experience preparing executive-level reports
• Public Trust Clearance or the ability to obtain a clearance
