Federal Regulatory Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Manager-Federal Regulatory Compliance (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the Regulatory Compliance Team, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
• Communicate with internal departments and external regulatory authorities to address compliance issues and expectations
• Supervise compliance staff and monitor legislative and regulatory activities impacting operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in English or a related field, or equivalent experience; High School Diploma required if equivalent experience
• Paralegal Degree and/or Certificate or law degree preferred
• 3 years of experience in managed care licensing and regulatory compliance in a health insurance environment
• Strong knowledge of state and federal laws related to managed health care and compliance
• Experience managing staff and cross-functional collaboration preferred
