Job Summary
Supporting a Federal RIM advisory engagement, the full-time salaried Federal RIM Senior Consultant will lead RIM activities across the records lifecycle, including policy development, records management, and stakeholder engagement, while working in a hybrid schedule that may involve remote and onsite client interactions.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead assigned RIM workstreams, coordinating activities with project team members and client stakeholders while maintaining high-quality documentation
- Design and implement records management program policies, procedures, and training materials to enhance compliance and efficiency
- Assess and improve records management programs and processes, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders
Required qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in management consulting related to data and information management or information technology
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS)
- Ability to acquire and maintain a Public Trust
- Strong understanding of federal laws and regulations regarding records management
- Proven experience in developing records inventories, file plans, and related RIM program artifacts
