Job Summary
A company is looking for a Federal Civilian Sales Director, responsible for driving growth and operational excellence in IT solutions for the Federal Government.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow revenue by maximizing existing relationships and developing strategies for competitive advantage
- Engage in territory planning and support Civilian sales teams in closing opportunities
- Build trust-based relationships with sales and leadership teams to align on innovative go-to-market strategies
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in selling IT-related solutions in the US Civilian Sector
- 6+ years of relevant experience in strategic and people leadership
- Demonstrated ability to hire diverse talent and lead high-performing teams
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and KPIs
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure changes, including cloud migrations, is a plus
