Job Summary

A company is looking for a Federal Civilian Sales Director, responsible for driving growth and operational excellence in IT solutions for the Federal Government.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow revenue by maximizing existing relationships and developing strategies for competitive advantage

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to hire diverse talent and lead high-performing teams
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and KPIs
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure changes, including cloud migrations, is a plus
