Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Federal Sales Lead, this role will shape growth strategies, build opportunity pipelines, and lead pursuit efforts to expand market presence with federal and government clients.

Key responsibilities
  • Shape and lead growth strategies across current contracts and partnerships
  • Build a pipeline of opportunities that align with core capabilities and market focus
  • Collaborate with business development, capture, and proposal teams to execute winning strategies
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, information technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of ten years' experience with federal and government clients, including contract development and capture
  • Proven ability to grow revenue through existing contract expansion and new wins
  • Strong industry network to support teaming and long-term growth strategies
  • Experience in Health IT and Data and Software Technology sectors preferred
