Job Summary
Leading a high-performing team, the full-time Federal Sales Regional Vice President will drive revenue growth across federal accounts, set strategic territory plans, and engage with executive-level relationships in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Build, hire, and lead a team of federal Account Executives while managing forecasting, pipeline health, and quota attainment
- Set and execute the go-to-market strategy for federal agencies, focusing on new acquisitions and long-term growth
- Engage in complex sales cycles, building executive relationships and guiding federal prospects through technical evaluations and rollouts
Required qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance required
- 8+ years of federal or enterprise technology sales experience with 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of building and leading teams to exceed sales quotas
- Experience navigating complex federal sales cycles and understanding procurement processes
- Strong analytical skills for pipeline management combined with creative problem-solving abilities
