Federal Salesforce Solution Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect specializing in Federal Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud and Public Sector solutions
• Develop solution architecture and design documents that adhere to Federal standards
• Serve as the primary contact for Federal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business strategies

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation, preferably in Federal environments
• 3-5+ years of experience with Salesforce Government Cloud Plus, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud
• Proven knowledge of Agentforce and Salesforce AI capabilities
• Bachelor's degree required; US Citizenship and willingness to obtain security clearance(s)
• Preferred certifications include Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Service Cloud Consultant
