Federal Security Assurance Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Federal Senior Security Assurance Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop ATO packages and ensure audit readiness for security compliance
• Collect and manage evidence for audits while leading continuous monitoring and authorizations
• Build relationships with internal teams and external auditors to facilitate audit processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of security compliance or audit-related experience
• Experience with FedRAMP and/or DISA SRG auditing or implementation
• Knowledge of NIST 800-53 and RMF
• Understanding of security controls in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
