Federal Security Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading technical federal compliance programs, the full-time remote Federal Security Program Manager will manage a team of Security Analysts and build information security programs for clients, ensuring compliance with frameworks such as CMMC, FedRAMP, and NIST 800-171.

Key responsibilities

• Lead federal compliance programs from scoping to delivery, focusing on government contractor and federal agency requirements
• Manage a team of Security Analysts, driving performance and ensuring high-quality customer outcomes
• Conduct gap and risk assessments, developing strategies to enhance cybersecurity programs aligned with federal standards

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in federal cybersecurity and GRC
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in leading waterfall, hybrid, and agile delivery teams
• Federal certifications preferred, with CCP highly preferred
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required
