Federal Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate Software Engineer/Software Engineer specializing in Site Reliability and DevOps for the U.S. Federal sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Workday in the U.S. Federal regions, collaborating with commercial software engineering teams
• Partner with the Federal Cyber Defense team to ensure cybersecurity posture and compliance
• Develop and maintain deployment tools and analytics to enhance deployment flexibility and cost efficiency

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years in deploying large-scale applications, with 3+ years in cloud-based deployments on AWS or GCP
• 2+ years of experience with automation tools and languages such as Ansible, Python, and Go
• 2+ years of experience with networks, servers, storage, and operating systems in cloud environments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Experience in developing orchestration and automation frameworks using tools like Ansible and Jenkins
