Federal Solution Architect

Job Summary

To support a growing business development team, the full-time Federal Solution Architect will design and deliver technical solutions for Federal customers while working remotely or in a hybrid capacity if local to Maryland.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and develop innovative technical solutions to meet customer needs, participating in all phases of the business development life cycle
• Conduct architectural analysis and develop lifecycle cost models to support architecture decision trades
• Communicate solutions effectively with customers and team members, including the development of technical responses for proposals and RFI submissions

Required qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in Systems Engineering/Architecture and software development
• Experience developing proposals for Federal IT customers and supporting proposal efforts with diverse technical teams
• Proficient in implementing Agile, DevOps, and other software development methodologies
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, MS Azure, or Google Cloud for Federal/State Government customers
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline; a Master's degree is preferred
