Federal Solution Architect

Job Summary

Serving as a trusted technical advisor to federal customers, the full-time Federal Solution Architect will manage pre-sales, implementation, and adoption processes, ensuring successful deployments while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design scalable solutions that align with customer mission requirements and accelerate compliance
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction
• Translate complex technical concepts into business value for both technical and executive stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solution Architect or Technical Consultant
• Experience supporting U.S. Federal Government customers or contractors
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Knowledge of federal compliance frameworks, including NIST RMF and NIST 800-53
