Federal Solution Architect

Job Summary

Seeking a highly creative and deeply technical Federal Solution Architect / Sales Engineer to drive custom AI solution growth for federal clients in a full-time remote capacity, focusing on adapting existing architectures, creating compelling narratives, and supporting technical proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Architectural adaptation and solutioning by creatively leveraging existing AI frameworks to address new challenges
• Designing and architecting compelling technical demonstrations and narratives that illustrate solutions for client-specific problems
• Supporting sales efforts by writing credible technical content for proposals and collaborating cross-functionally with Business Development and Engineering teams

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience supporting federal clients with a strong understanding of federal mission areas and procurement culture
• Proven track record in management or technical consulting, with a focus on consultative, custom-delivery mindsets
• Hands-on software development experience (Python, Java, etc.) and knowledge of core AI fundamentals and cloud AI ecosystems
• Ability to adapt internal software libraries to new use cases and build functional proof-of-concept demos
• Experience drafting technically rigorous proposal sections and white papers related to federal mission needs
