Federal Solution Architect
Job Summary
To support the development of scalable Salesforce and Amazon architecture, the full-time Federal Solution Architect will design and implement Amazon Connect solutions, lead technology analysis, and collaborate with clients and internal teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall Amazon Connect solution design and implementation
- Lead client architecture initiatives from inception to completion, acting as a technical subject matter expert
- Partner with the Sales team in client discovery to accurately estimate the technical level of effort for scope of work sold
Required qualifications:
- US citizenship required, with the ability and willingness to obtain security clearance(s)
- 4-6+ years consulting experience within the Salesforce Partner or AWS ecosystems, preferably in a large-scale Federal environment
- 2+ years of hands-on configuration experience with Amazon Connect
- Practical exposure to Agile methodology, including writing user stories and managing scrum calls
- Highly preferred certifications include Salesforce Administrator and AWS Cloud Practitioner
