Federal Solution Consultant

Job Summary

Serving as a trusted advisor to federal agencies, the remote Principal Solution Consultant will partner with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to modernize agreement processes, ensuring compliance with federal requirements while delivering compelling solution strategies and executive-level presentations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Federal Account Executives to drive new business opportunities across various federal sectors
• Lead discovery sessions to analyze government workflows and modernization initiatives, articulating the value of Docusign solutions
• Support responses to RFIs, RFPs, and technical evaluations while establishing technical credibility through solution architecture discussions

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical advisory roles supporting U.S. Federal Government customers
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Experience with federal procurement processes, including RFIs and RFPs
• Proficiency in developing technical documentation and executive presentations
• Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across government organizations
