Job Summary

Partnering closely with Major Account Executives, the full-time Solutions Engineer will serve as a technical subject matter expert in the Washington DC Metro Area or Tampa, Florida, driving technical strategy and demonstrating product value throughout the sales process for DoD clients.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage pre-sales activities including technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concept projects
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to jointly own the sales cycle and account plan
  • Document customer requirements and create value-based proposals to guide the technical sales cycle toward a successful close
Required qualifications
  • Multiple years of experience supporting DoD/IC agencies
  • Experience in a pre-sales role with a deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles
  • Strong technical knowledge in AIOps, Digital Employee Experience, or various observability domains
  • Active Top Secret clearance
