Job Summary
Working remotely or from the Washington DC Metro Area, the full-time salaried Federal Solutions Engineer will serve as the technical subject matter expert throughout the sales process, managing pre-sales activities and collaborating with the sales team to drive technical strategy and customer engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage pre-sales activities, including technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concept projects
- Collaborate with the Sales team to jointly own the sales cycle and account plan, identifying customer requirements and potential internal sponsors
- Document customer business and technical requirements to create value-based proposals that address business drivers and guide the technical sales cycle
Required qualifications
- Multiple years of experience supporting DoD/IC agencies
- Experience in a pre-sales role with a deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles
- Strong technical knowledge in AIOps, Digital Employee Experience, or various observability domains
- Active Top Secret clearance
- Demonstrated ability to implement and drive IT projects to successful closure
