Job Summary

Providing comprehensive federal staffing support, the full-time Federal Staffing Specialist will manage full-cycle recruitment processes, consult with hiring managers, and ensure compliance with staffing regulations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide full-cycle federal staffing and recruitment support, including workforce planning and candidate assessment
• Consult with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and establish qualification requirements
• Evaluate applicant eligibility, manage selection processes, and ensure compliance with staffing regulations

Required qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in federal civilian staffing and placement duties
• Thorough knowledge of federal staffing laws, regulations, and policies under Title 5
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple staffing actions
• Delegated examining certification required
