Job Summary
Providing full lifecycle staffing and recruitment support, the fully remote Federal Staffing Specialist will manage Federal hiring actions from job analysis through personnel action processing.
Key responsibilities
- Provide cradle-to-grave Federal staffing and recruitment support
- Consult with hiring managers on recruitment strategies and develop job analyses and assessment criteria
- Review applications and conduct eligibility and qualifications determinations using OPM standards
Required qualifications
- 4 years of experience in full lifecycle Federal staffing and recruitment
- Strong knowledge of OPM qualification standards and Federal staffing regulations
- Experience using automated Federal staffing systems
- Current Delegated Examining (DE) Certification preferred, but not required
