Federal Subcontracts Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Subcontracts Senior Project Manager - Federal.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the transition and implementation of subcontract project activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives
• Oversee end-to-end project implementation and develop repeatable processes within the subcontract organization
• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic subcontractors and internal stakeholders to support long-term project success

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 7+ years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent education and experience
• Strong experience in procurement or subcontracting within a CPSR compliant environment
• Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)
• Experience with ERP systems and data analytics, reporting, or tool development strongly preferred
• PMP and Six Sigma Certifications preferred
