Job Summary

To drive revenue growth through federal systems integrator partners, the full-time remote Federal Systems Integrator Director will build and lead a high-performing team, set partner strategy, and manage strategic relationships with key SI firms.

Key responsibilities
  • Build, hire, and lead a team of FSI Partner/Account Managers while managing forecasting and quota attainment
  • Set and execute partner strategy for federal systems integrators, focusing on new acquisition and strategic growth
  • Own and manage complex relationships with major SIs, guiding technical evaluations and enterprise rollouts
Required qualifications
  • 6+ years of federal technology sales or partner/channel experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of building teams that drive partner-sourced pipeline and exceed quotas
  • Experience in establishing or scaling partner programs with a focus on relationship-building
  • Familiarity with federal contract vehicles and SI organizational structures
  • Analytical skills for partner pipeline management combined with creative deal structuring abilities
