Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Technical Business Analyst - Federal T&E SME.

Key Responsibilities

• Define travel and expense services requirements and performance metrics
• Develop and maintain T&E business and process modeling documentation
• Provide guidance on industry best practices and conduct gap analyses

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 4+ years of experience in defining T&E services requirements and performance metrics
• Knowledge of travel and expense software solutions such as SAP Concur
• FTR/JTR Subject Matter Expert with TMC background
• Bachelor's Degree required
• PMP, CSM, ITIL, and/or SAFe certifications preferred
