Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Technical Consultant (Integrations/AI) with a Top Secret Clearance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party software platforms
- Develop and execute integration development plans and strategies
- Act as a subject matter expert to resolve complex user issues related to integrations and AI solutions
Required Qualifications
- Active Security Clearance Required
- At least 8 years of experience in configuration/development for integration technologies
- Maintain at least 2 ServiceNow mainline CIS certifications and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
- Extensive experience with integration technologies and SaaS platforms
- Understanding of AI models and experience with ServiceNow's AI capabilities is highly valued
