Job Summary
To build the talent engine for the Federal business, the full-time Senior Technical Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for GTM and technical roles, partnering with various departments to attract and close exceptional candidates while focusing on the Department of Defense and related agencies.
Key responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for Federal GTM and technical roles, from sourcing to offer and close
- Develop targeted talent strategies and maintain high-quality, diverse pipelines across multiple Federal roles
- Build relationships within the Federal ecosystem to effectively recruit candidates with specialized experience and security clearances
Required qualifications
- Proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter in cybersecurity, defense technology, or government contracting
- Demonstrated success recruiting across the Defense Technology Ecosystem with an established network
- Working knowledge of security-clearance recruiting and related processes
- Strong technical acumen and the ability to engage with technical candidates
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a track record of success in competitive markets
