Job Summary

A company is looking for a Federal Policy Senior Manager, Workforce Policy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive policy advocacy and thought-leadership campaigns focused on workforce development
  • Lead strategies for direct engagement with U.S. policymakers and build coalitions
  • Identify and analyze legislative and regulatory proposals impacting workforce development
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in a congressional office, executive branch, or policy function
  • 5+ years of experience in policy development and engaging with legislators
  • Experience with the House Education and Workforce Committee and Senate HELP Committee
  • Strong understanding of statutory and regulatory policy issues related to workforce development
  • Familiarity with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) and labor market data processes
