Job Summary
To enhance compliance and security protocols, the full-time FedRAMP Engineer will manage the assessment and authorization process for cloud service providers while working in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct assessments of cloud service offerings to ensure compliance with FedRAMP standards
- Develop and maintain documentation related to security controls and risk assessments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security best practices and remediation strategies
Required qualifications
- Experience with FedRAMP, NIST, or similar compliance frameworks
- Strong understanding of cloud security principles and technologies
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent
- Proficient in risk management and security assessment methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
