FedRAMP Program Manager
Job Summary
To support a leading technology organization, the full-time FedRAMP Program Manager will oversee initiatives that enable applications to achieve and maintain FedRAMP Moderate compliance, coordinating project plans and compliance efforts while working remotely or onsite in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional programs to support security and operational controls for FedRAMP Moderate environments
- Coordinate project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communications across various teams
- Drive compliance readiness and support continuous monitoring activities aligned with FedRAMP requirements
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of project and/or program management experience within technology organizations
- Prior hands-on experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), cloud operations, or related technical discipline
- Strong understanding of FedRAMP Moderate frameworks and compliance requirements
- Experience managing complex technical programs involving cloud platforms and security tooling
- Excellent organizational and risk management skills
