FedRAMP Program Manager
Job Summary
To support a leading technology organization, the long-term contract FedRAMP Program Manager will lead initiatives for achieving and maintaining FedRAMP Moderate compliance while coordinating project timelines and stakeholder communications during EST hours.
Key responsibilities
- Lead programs supporting security, compliance, and operational readiness within FedRAMP Moderate environments
- Coordinate project timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications across engineering, security, and operations teams
- Drive process improvements that enhance security, compliance, and service delivery
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of project and/or program management experience in technology environments
- Previous hands-on experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), cloud operations, or infrastructure operations
- Strong understanding of FedRAMP Moderate requirements, security controls, and compliance frameworks
- Experience managing complex cloud, security, and infrastructure-related programs
- Excellent communication, organizational, and risk management skills
