FedRAMP Program Manager
Job Summary
To support a leading technology organization, the FedRAMP Program Manager will oversee initiatives for client security platforms, ensuring compliance with FedRAMP Moderate standards, while working either onsite in Raleigh-Durham or remotely within the Eastern Time Zone.
Key responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional programs for security stack and operational controls in FedRAMP Moderate environments
- Coordinate project plans, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications across various teams
- Drive compliance readiness and support continuous monitoring aligned with FedRAMP requirements
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of project and/or program management experience in technology organizations
- Hands-on experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), cloud operations, or related technical disciplines
- Strong understanding of FedRAMP Moderate frameworks and compliance requirements
- Experience managing complex technical programs involving cloud platforms and security tooling
- Excellent organizational and risk management skills
